Object and Scope
These general conditions of use regulate access to and use of the website sauco.io. Its objective is to inform users and potential clients about the software development, technological consulting, and Artificial Intelligence services offered by SAUCO.
Access to the website implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions. SAUCO reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration, and content of the website, as well as the conditions required for its access and/or use, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All contents of the website, including but not limited to: texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, scripts, source code, and algorithms, as well as its graphic design and source codes, constitute a work whose ownership belongs to SAUCO or third parties who have authorized its use.
3.1. Protection of Software Assets
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, extraction, or reuse of all or part of the contents of this website without the express written authorization of SAUCO is expressly prohibited. In particular, any form of reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the software or demos that may be hosted on this website is prohibited.
3.2. Data Mining and AI
In accordance with article 67.3 of Royal Decree-Law 24/2021, SAUCO expressly reserves rights over the content of this website (text, code, images) for the purposes of text and data mining. The use of the contents of sauco.io for training generative Artificial Intelligence systems or models without a specific license granted by SAUCO is prohibited.
Usage and Obligations
The user agrees to use the website, its contents, and services in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice, good customs, and public order. Specifically, the user undertakes not to:
- Use the contents for illicit, illegal activities or contrary to good faith and public order.
- Introduce computer viruses into the network or perform actions capable of altering, spoiling, interrupting, or generating errors or damage to electronic documents, data, or physical and logical systems of SAUCO or third parties.
- Attempt to access other users' email accounts or restricted areas of SAUCO's computer systems.
Exclusion of Guarantees
SAUCO works to ensure that the information on sauco.io is truthful and up-to-date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors in accessing the website, its content, nor that it is up-to-date.
SAUCO is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may cause, by way of example:

The relationship between SAUCO and the user will be governed by current Spanish regulations. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
